Raised in Burgundy barrels and aged 2 years in bottle, this beloved rose blends 85% Chardonnay with 15% Pinot Noir (still) to yield a translucent pink color and very fine mousse. On the palate there is a lovely minerality with delicate raspberry/cranberry flavors on the finish. A sophisticated choice for any occasion.
