You must be at least 21 years of age to order and/or receive alcoholic beverages. All orders are taken as a request until quantities are confirmed and payment is received.

Shipping Information

Due to rising shipping costs, we gather all out of state shipments for each calendar month together, and ship once to twice a month. If you have questions about shipping dates, or your order, please contact us.

Shipping charges will be calculated and added to the total when we receive your order. Rates quoted below are estimates based on shipment via UPS Ground in standard wine shippers. Rates will vary for wood box gift and other special requests. For questions about these rates, please contact us.

Insurance options are available for additional cost. It is required by law that a person above the age of 21 be present to sign for and receive shipments of alcohol.

If you are planning on having alcoholic beverages shipped within the US, please be advised that online orders will only be accepted when the shipping address is in a permitted state. *If you live in a state where the direct shipment of wine by Mission Wines violates the law, we suggest that the you provide an alternative address in another state or have your wine shipped to a third-party storage facility in a direct shipping-friendly state.

Additional Notes

We will arrange for shipment on behalf of our customer, to an address specified by our customer, provided that Mission Wines in its sole judgement believes that such shipment will not subject Mission Wines to the risk of any sort of legal action or other harm.

Mission Wines contracts with We Ship Express for all out of state shipping logistics. We Ship Express operates in compliance with partner states and 3-tier distribution network regulations. When a customer purchases wine from Mission Wines, the transaction takes place at our store location in the state of California. Mission Wines then arranges on behalf of customer by request the transport of wine to buyer's chosen location through We Ship Express. We Ship Express facilitates delivery to buyer's designated state in accordance to that state's compliance protocols. We Ship Express then coordinates end leg delivery to buyer through approved local delivery channels, i.e. UPS, FedEx, etc.

In all other order instances, title to and ownership of all alcoholic beverages passes from Mission Wines to buyer in California, and buyer takes all responsibility for the product being transported from California to the buyer's selected destination. Buyer may pick up the product at Mission Wines' location in California or make independent delivery arrangements. Mission Wines makes no representation as to the legal rights of anyone to deliver or import any alcoholic beverages or other goods into any state. Buyer warrants he or she is solely responsible for the transport of the purchased products and for determining the legality and the tax/duty consequences of bringing the products to the buyer's chosen destination.

Weather Issues

We will ship your order as soon as possible when placed. We cannot replace wine damaged by the weather, so please be aware of conditions before ordering. Shipments may be delayed due to weather conditions at any time. With shipping regulations changing constantly, we may be unable to ship to some states. Return Policy

All shipment orders of wine, beer and other alcoholic beverages are not eligible for return/refund.

By law, we are only allowed to refund goods that were purchased in error. We must be notified or the order cancelled within 24 hours of the order being placed to qualify for refund consideration.

Additionally, because of the fees charged by your credit card company when we charge and subsequently credit your card, we may enforce the collection of our 5 percent restocking fee of the order total. The circumstances surrounding the order may impact our enforcement of this policy. You will not be responsible for paying the restocking fee if we made an error on your order.
