About: Constantina Sotelo is a female vigneronne that has been making wine under her own name since 1999 with the support of her family. Together, they've created a micro-project that truly stands out compared to other wineries in the Rias Baixas. She is driven by Albariño and its relation to the soil, playing with different vinification methods and vessels, such as skin maceration, aging under flor, aging amphora or aging in cement eggs. The resulting wines are singular and pure representations of the grape like we've never experienced before.
