Produced by Asahi Shuzo in Niigata—a region renowned for its pristine water and delicate sake styles—this limited-release sake is made from 100% Yamada Nishiki rice, carefully polished to highlight purity and finesse. Fermented at low temperatures and aged to preserve its crystalline profile, Seppou White delivers subtle notes of melon, pear, and white blossom, with a silky texture and clean, graceful finish.
