Espacial Tequila Blanco is a premium, additive-free spirit crafted in Arandas, Jalisco, by fifth-generation tequileros. Sourced from 100% mature Blue Weber agave grown in the highlands of Los Altos, this tequila reflects a deep commitment to traditional methods and regional heritage. The production process honors time-honored techniques: agaves are slow-roasted in brick ovens for 28 hours, rested for 24 hours, and then crushed using a roller mill. Fermentation occurs in open-air stainless steel tanks with champagne yeast, accompanied by classical music to influence the yeast activity. Distillation is performed twice in 100% copper pot stills, using deep well water, resulting in a tequila that captures the essence of its terroir.
