Founded in 1912 by Marcel Ott, Domaine Ott has long been a standard-bearer for high-quality rosé wines from Provence. The Château de Selle estate, located in Taradeau near Draguignan, was the first vineyard acquired by the Ott family and remains a flagship site for the domaine. Its diverse soils—ranging from gypsum and red clay to gravel and limestone—are ideal for producing wines of complexity and finesse. Today, Domaine Ott continues to craft elegant, age-worthy rosés that express the unique character of their Provençal terroir, with Château de Selle standing as one of the most iconic examples.
