2022 BECKMEN SANTA YNEZ VALLEY CABERNET SAUVIGNON, CALIFORNIA. (Organic/Biodynamic) 100% Cabernet Sauvignon.
Produced primarily from vines planted at the Beckmen estate in the heart of Los Olivos, this bold Cabernet Sauvignon was aged in new and used French and American oak. The result is a flavor-packed and complex red with notes of spice, lavender, dark chocolate and earth that perfectly offset a rich core of fruit. Try it with: Classic Santa Maria Barbecue, grilled steak and red meats, a thick-cut burger piled high.
