Arregi delivers an exceptionally unique Rose txakoli. This very small production rose offers up briny flavor and meaty (think charcuterie) aromas; it is dry and has high acidity and a very distinctive minerality, with a bit of effervescence wrapping up the whole experience. Founded in 1995 by D. Alejandro Arregui Mendizabal this family winery is located in the Basque Country east of the town of Gipuzkoa. The winery’s south –southwest facing slope of land was part of the ancient village of Ibaita.
