About: Say When is made up of husband and wife team Rachel and Michel. They work with small family farms from Santa Barbara County and Paso Robles to source their grapes. They produce several varietals a year from pinot noir to skin contact grenache blanc, and each wine has its own unique name and label. When they aren’t up in Lompoc crafting their delicious wines they can be found locally here in Los Angeles.
