Pat Sullivan made much of his reputation off the back of some wild, charismatic Pinot Noirs. Here's his latest rendition of the grape under the whimsical Jumpin Juice label.
This Jumpin Juice offering toes the line between fine wine and fun wine. It's fermented as whole berries with no adjustments save for a splash of sulphur at bottling. It's juicy and jubey but also shows a rasp of savoury tannin that gives it a little more backbone than you might think just by looking at the bottle. Chill it down for day drinking or slosh it into your best stemware at night - it's a great each way bet. (different drop)
