About: Founded by David and Anna deLaski in 2009, Solminer Wine is a small family-owned and operated certified organic and Demeter Certified Biodynamic winery and estate vineyard in Los Olivos, in the heart of Santa Barbara Wine Country. They produce natural wines from unusual grapes inspired by Anna's Austrian background like Gruner Veltliner and Blaufrankisch from purchased fruit and their Biodynamic estate DeLanda vineyard. "Solminer" is inspired by the idea of mining the sun, which nourishes the soul.
