Perfumed nose of starfruit and tropical flowers. The palate mirrors the aromas. The grapes are sourced from the MI Hija Vineyard which is in the Redwood Valley. The primary Clone used in this bottling is a Musque selection of Sauvignon Blanc known for its exotic fruit and pronounced florality. This vineyard is farmed Biodynamically. The wine underwent a native primary and secondary fermentation in tank. (Winery)
