Harvested from Solminer's Biodynamic estate De Landa Vineyard in Los Olivos, this unique wine was footstomped and fermented on the skins. Solminer takes a very minimal winemaking intervention approach by not filtering or fining the wine as well as adding the least amount of sulfur as possible. The result is a bright orange wine filled with grapefruit, orange zest, kumquat aromatics and an umami finish that will keep you thinking about this wine for hours. Pair this with cheese, thai food, and chicken roasted with oranges and rosemary.
