This new Loire Valley project is run by 4th generation vintners in the Loire whose 29 hectare property is located on South bank of the river Cher, on siliceous-argilo (clay and flint) soils. Fermented and aged in stainless steel with some lees contact, this is dominated by fresh citrus with subtle herbal notes. Zippy and fresh with minerality, it’s a truly delightful quaffer. Enjoy on its own or with fresh goat cheese and light salads, fish and appetizers.
