Slow traditional fermentation at low temperature to preserve aromatic complexity and the fatness of the berries in overmaturation. Elegant aromatics of apricot, quince and apples aromas, mixing earthy and fruit notes. The palate is rich and perfumed with suppleness and elegance; fresh and lively. Beautiful balance.
