The fruit was all hand-harvested and a natural fermentation with native yeasts was followed by vinification in stainless steel. We love its slight fizz and moderate alcohol (only 11% ABV), as well as crisp, bone dry palate and racy acidity. Aromas and flavors grapefruit and melon are accented by herb and spring flower notes for a super refreshing and food-friendly wine.
