This delicious Riesling hails from sustainably farmed, hand-tended terraced vineyards in westernmost part of the Rheingau. Fermented in stainless and bottled young and fresh, this is just off-dry but its high natural acidity counteracts the sweetness for a balanced and crisp finish. Peach, herb, lime and apple notes lead to an unctuous palate with a lingering, mineral-driving finish. This has the perfect structure to complement many foods, from light to heavy, creamy, spicy and sweet. Great with spicy curries.
