From the winemaker: "The 2019 vintage began with a wet spring bringing three inches of rain in May. In response to the late rains, our vineyards received diligent attention to control vigorous vine growth. A long Indian summer followed with mild weather, allowing the fruit to ripen. The long picking windows bore fruit with beautiful freshness at optimal ripeness. The resulting wines are exceptionally elegant."

This Sauvignon Blanc comes from Hall's CCOF certified organic “T Bar T Ranch” vineyard in Napa. It is known for its aromatic characteristics of lemon blossom, vanilla bean, passion fruit, gooseberry and ripe pineapple laced with honeycomb. The palate is bright, with rich tropical fruit that lingers through the long finish. We crafted this wine without fining, filtration, or malolactic fermentation to maintain its intrinsic energy and purity. It was fermented in 20% new French oak with the balance fermented in neutral French oak and stainless steel drums.
