2021 GLINAVOS PALEOKERISIO IOANNINA (TRADITIONAL SEMI-SPARKLING ORANGE WINE), GREECE (500 ML).
A blend of 97% Debina and 3% Vlahiko, both indigenous white and red grapes respectively, produced according to a traditional method that is unique to the Ioannina region of Greece. The result is a delicious, complex semi-sweet, semi-sparkling natural orange wine that complements nuanced dishes with unusual combinations of seasonings and spices. In Ioannina, it is consumed with the local freshwater crayfish, eel and trout dishes.
