Lime Rock's Sauvignon Blanc is not your average New Zealand SB. Rather, this single-vineyard, hand-harvested and sustainably farmed white shows mouthwatering lemon-lime citrus aromas and flavors with hints of stone fruit on the palate and a fine beam of minerals running through. Fermented in stainless steel with a short maturation on the lees, this is a beautiful expression of pure varietal fruit rendered with Sancerre-like elegance.

Located in central Hawke's Bay on New Zealand's north island, Lime Rock has been flying under the radar as one of the few vineyards in New Zealand with the quality of high-draining limestone hillside terroir essential for producing Sauvignon Blanc with minerality and verve. The sunny, north-facing exposure protects the vines from coastal fog and ensures adequate ripeness of these low-yielding vines, adding depth of flavor while preserving naturally fresh acidity.
