PIERRE MONCUIT GRAND CRU EXTRA BRUT CHAMPAGNE, FRANCE.

PIERRE MONCUIT GRAND CRU EXTRA BRUT CHAMPAGNE, FRANCE. 100% Chardonnay.

100% Grand Cru from Les Mesnil-sur-Oger; 60-year-old vines. 100% malolactic fermentation in stainless steel; 3.5 gr/l dosage.

About: The Moncuit family can trace their origins as grape growers in Le Mesnil-sur-Oger to the end of the nineteenth century. Since 1977, sister-brother duo Nicole and Yves Moncuit have shared the responsibilities of managing the estate. Moncuit Champagnes, including the NV bottlings, are always produced from a single vintage, in an effort to more precisely express the characteristics of the individual growing season. These are quintessential examples of Blanc de Blancs Champagne, with a combination of a racy, mineral-laden palate, and youthful fruit expressions that makes them ideal wines to drink right out of the blocks and for years to come.
