Wanting to do something as good, if not, better than, 21st Amendment's Back In Black, Wiretap came up with something slightly less hoppy, a bit ess bitter, much more chocolatey, and a degree over corbonated. What you get is an IPA that IPA lovers can enjoy but with just enough hops so that it can pass for an IPA without making your non-IPA fns hate it. Chocolate mixed with high caarbonation make this a surprising favorite across multiple palates. ABV 7.5%
