PATRICK PIUZE VAL DE MER "BRUT NON DOSE" CREMANT DE BOURGOGNE
This dry sparkling wine is composed of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir from vineyards in the Burgundy region of France. Made by Chablis' rising star winemaker Patrick Piuze and vinified according to the traditional Champagne method. All the grapes are hand and it then spent nine months on the lees before disgorging with zero dosage. It is about as dry, crisp and racy as you can get outside of Champagne. A great sparkling wine value.
