The Bortolomiol girls and their mother made this traditional method sparkling rosé in honour of the women who used to work in the local silk mill (Filanda in Italian). 100% Pinot Noir from Oltepró Pavese that was aged for 6 months following second fermentation. Lively pink, light, floral and sweetish spicy nose. Crispy acids, strawberry and cherry on the palate. (Winery)
