Delinquente Wine Co is an exciting new discovery for us from Riverland, Australia. They farm organically and make refreshing small-batch, single-vineyard wines from grapes you typically don't associate with Australia, like Italian varietals such as Bianco d'Alesano and Montepulciano. Bianco d'Alessano is originally from Puglia, and along the banks of the River Murray in Riverlands is the only planting of it in Australia. It's a natural varietal for Pet Nat, and this tropical-fruited spontaneous ferment bubbly is exactly how Pet Nat should be: fresh, fizzy, and gulpably delicious.
