A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault from 25+ year-old vines. Located in the prestigious Coteaux d'Aix en Provence appellation in France, world-famous for rosé production, Commanderie de la Bargemone was founded by Templar knights in the 13th century, and is home to a proud viticultural tradition and more than 160 acres of sustainably grown vineyards, now certified Qualisud. This is a benchmark Provencal rose with aromas of crushed wild strawberries, tart melon and delicate floral characteristics, and finishes dry on the palate. Delightful on its own but will complement many foods, especially Mediterranean cuisine. Serve chilled and enjoy!
