94 points Wine Advocate: "The 2015 Rüdesheimer Berg Kaisersteinfels Riesling Trocken GG is the first dry Riesling that has been sourced here, so it is sold as Grosses Gewächs for the first time; whereas in former years, it was always a bit too sweet according to the VDP rules. The wine opens very clear, fresh and precise, with good depth and a lot of crushed stone flavors. Crystalline, pure and elegant, this full-bodied Riesling cru is full of finesse and is perfectly balanced. The wine reveals lots of salt and a concentrated but refreshingly clear, dry and tension-filled finish. In its coolish precision and crystalline elegance, this is surely a solitaire in the Rheingau from the 2015 vintage." (10/2016)
