This delicious, dry white comes from the Mediterranean hills of Limoux’s Haute Vallée, an isolated mountain valley in the Pyrenean foothills. The area’s cool microclimate and rocky limestone soils combine to yield a wine with terrific freshness and depth. Displaying bright citrus, apple and melon aromas and flavors with mouthwatering acidity, this is great on its own and with food.
