Each wine Nick crafts for Nicora is comprised of Rhône varieties from noteworthy vineyards that lie on the hills of west Paso Robles, contributing to the lush and bold characteristics found with his small-lot wines. "Sans Maison" is his playful entry level red blend, made for enjoying now. It's a full-bodied, lush, finely crafted red Rhone-style red available in very limited quantities. Most of these wines sell out from the winery and are mailing list only. Mission Wines is an exception and are delighted to be among the few retailers to carry Nicora wines.
