A blend of Grenache, Cinsault and Syrah from the best terroirs of the Southern Rhone, Edmund Burle’s Cotes du Rhone is a superb example of the style. Brothers Florien and Damien Burle inherited their father’s winery in 2004 with vineyards in some of the best terroirs of the Southern Rhone. Today, Florent farms the vineyard organically; Damien makes the wine. Medium-bodied with a juicy, mixed berry fruit profile layered with savory spice. Organically farmed and bottled without fining or filtration, this classic Southern Rhone red is made to be enjoyed with cheeses, cured meats, chicken and beef dishes, as well as stews and braises.
